The funny thing about translating styling and inspiration into a blog post is that all the images and references I imagine and cite in my head when putting a look together can never be found on the internet as proof. This outfit in my mind is "Italian traveler-Late 1960's." A little Marni style with graphic printed wide leg capris and flat-form espadrilles (of course!) Mixed with a little Marge from "The Talented Mr. Ripley" with the polka-dot shirt tied up. Plus a sporty cross body for all the Vespa riding and some big green shades for all the sun. I could sight see all day in Rome AND THEN drive to the Amalfi coast for cocktails all in this outfit-NP!Without a suitcase or a shower! It's no-nonsense summer style and very me. While it totally works for a Sunny day in NY- Mi Manca Italia : (
